In the medium ramekin, combine all the ingredients and cover with a proprietary lid or close with plastic wrap, leaving a gap
Put it in the microwave and cook at high power for 5 minutes or until the shells open
Drain the spaghetti
Combine with the tomato sauce, mix well, and transfer to a serving dish
