500 g of spaghetti
'1/2 cup of olive oil
'1 clove of garlic
'12 fillets of anchovies
'1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Fry the garlic in hot olive oil for about 3 minutes or until golden brown
Remove the garlic
Cut the anchovies into 1 cm pieces and add them to the hot olive oil; cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Add a pinch of pepper
Cook the spaghetti for about 20 minutes in boiling salted water
Drain and arrange on individual plates warmed up and pour the sauce over the spaghetti
Finally sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Use little salt as the anchovies already contain some salt.
