3 cups of grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups of milk
1 cup of green pitted olives, chopped

Soak the beef in milk for 5 minutes
Combine with other ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until a dough forms
Heat the oil in high heat
Shape the dough into balls, about 3 cm in diameter
When the oil is hot, fry them
Serve with macaroni sauce or as a second course
It's also an excellent appetizer.
