Dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup plain yogurt
Filling
1 tablespoon olive oil
Small onion, finely chopped
200g beef cubes
1 cup diced palm hearts (220g)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley to taste
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons heavy cream
3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
Dough

Dough
In a bowl, combine flour, butter, and yogurt
Mix until it forms a dough that can be worked with hands
Work the dough into a ball
Use the dough to line the bottom and sides of a 22cm diameter cake pan with a removable bottom. Reserve
Filling
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened
Then add the beef cubes and cook until browned
Add the diced palm hearts and season with salt and pepper
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley
Let it cool
Blend eggs, milk, and heavy cream in a blender
Season with salt and pepper
Place the filling on top of the dough
Pour the milk mixture over the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
