Spread one of the following butter mixtures onto the sliced parts: Mix 125g of softened butter with: Garlic: 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder or 1/2 clove of well-crushed garlic. Onion: 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion or green scallions. Herbs: 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese. Close the pork again so it looks whole and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
