1 Heat the olive oil in a pan, sautéing the onion, garlic, and bell pepper
Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and parsley
Beat the egg with water and mix into the sautéed mixture
2 Gradually add the all-purpose flour while stirring constantly until it forms a ball that pulls away from the pan's sides
Remove from heat and let cool
3 Shape the croquettes, coat in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumb
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
