1 Preheat the oven to 400°F
Wash the Catalonia leaves well, blanch them in water with salt, and then chop coarsely
In a skillet, caramelize the bacon, add the Catalonia, season with salt and red pepper flakes, and cook until tender
Let it cool, then mix in the ricotta cheese
Stir well
2 Roll out the pie crust dough to a thickness of 3cm
Line the bottom and sides of a 26cm diameter form with the dough
Add the filling and decorate with strips of dough
Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
