Combine, in a bowl, the tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh manioc, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and let it rest for 1 hour
Cook the spaghetti al dente (do not overcook), as usual
Drain and mix with the tomato sauce
Serve immediately
