In a food processor (or blender), blend the ground beef, cornstarch, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, and salt until well combined
Shape the almond patties with your hands into small ovals using the processed meat
Assemble the skewers by alternating the almond patties with the lime wedges
Place the skewers in a non-stick baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 20 minutes or until golden brown
If desired, use an electric grill or outdoor grill to cook the skewers.
