Open the pork chops on one side, from end to end, forming a large slab
Place in a large baking dish and season with wine, salt, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, cinnamon, and lime juice
Let it marinate for 2 hours
In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat
Add the onion and cook until softened, then add the red bell peppers, prunes, green grapes, and parsley
Add the cornstarch and stir well to combine
Remove from heat and let cool
Stuff the pork chops with the mixture, roll them up, and tie with kitchen twine
In a large baking dish, grease the pork chops with butter, pour over the marinade, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for about 1 hour
Remove the aluminum foil, baste occasionally with the pan juices, and continue to cook until golden brown
Puree: In a small saucepan, combine the red bell pepper, pear, rosemary, water, and salt
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the fruits are tender
Let cool slightly, then blend in a blender until smooth.
