In a mixer, whip the heavy cream for two minutes
Add the sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form
Transfer to a bowl and reserve
Arrange the fruit on eight wooden skewers and serve with whipped cream, decorated with colorful sprinkles, if desired.
