    Thread the following fruits onto skewers: chunks of papaya, halves of dried apricot (soaked in water first), firm black plums, halves of peach.

    Brush with diluted honey mixed with lemon juice (approximately one cup of honey for two spoons of lemon. Grill over low heat until everything is warm; brush with butter while grilling. Take care to avoid burning. Serve with any remaining hot honey sauce.
