16 Turkish dried apricots
4 slices of brioche bread
2 tablespoons of light margarine
1/4 cup (ch) of your preferred liqueur
2 tablespoons of honey

Cut the bread into equal cubes
Toss them in a pan with melted butter until they're crispy
Set aside
Place the apricots, liqueur, and honey in a pan and cook for 4 minutes
Flip the fruit halfway through cooking time
Drain and set aside
Assemble the kebab by alternating toasted bread and apricots
Dress with honey and serve immediately.
