Wash the chicken filling and drain well
Mix olive oil, pepper sauce, salt, oregano, onion, and parsley
Add the chicken and mushrooms
Let it marinate for 30 minutes
Fry the bacon until it's half-cooked but not too crispy
Cut the bacon into 3 1/2 cm pieces
Alternate chicken, bacon, and mushroom pieces on skewers
Grill over hot coals for 5 minutes, turning occasionally
Serve in quarters.
