Prepare a marinade with the lime juice and soy sauce or English Worcestershire sauce
Marinate the beef strips, from which you've removed the skin, for about half an hour at room temperature
Next, thread the beef, alternating with pineapple chunks and crispy bacon cut into 3-centimeter squares onto skewers
Season with salt and pepper during cooking
Baste with oil to achieve a well-browned crust on the bacon
Some people prefer to use rolled-up bacon slices instead of defatted bacon
A few drops of olive oil in the marinade can make these skewers even more tender and delicious.
