Marinate the fish in lime juice, salt, and pepper
Fry half the olive oil and cook the cod fillets carefully so they don't break
Set aside
Heat the remaining olive oil and sauté the minced garlic
Add the chopped parsley and green scallion and stir for 1 minute
Add the chopped pecans and passion fruit juice
Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme
Simmer for a while, then garnish with thyme and serve immediately decorated with pecans.
