Divide the fish into three portions
Prepare three large sheets of aluminum foil, about 35 cm in size
Arrange the fish portions in the center of each sheet, add the remaining ingredients, dividing them evenly, and season with salt and black pepper
Wrap the fish tightly, folding the foil over the edges to seal well
Arrange the fish packets in a flat baking dish, leaving the seam of the paper at the top so that any juices don't escape
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 25 minutes
Variation: add 3 soup spoons of mushrooms or tomato sauce to each portion.
