Season the chicken with salt, onion, and wine
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Dredge the chicken (remove excess seasoning and reserve) in a non-stick pan coated with olive oil
Remove the chicken and, in the same pan, place the orange juice and reserved seasoning
Adjust the salt
Simmer until the liquid reduces, then let it cool
Serve the chicken covered with sesame seeds soaked in the sauce
Sprinkle red pepper flakes.
