1 tablespoon of vanilla
Half a cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or over low heat and add the coffee and sugar
Mix until the sugar dissolves
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla
Pour 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream into a bowl, add the warm chocolate and coffee mixture and whip until it foams well
Pour into glasses
Whip the remaining cream and place 1 tablespoon in each glass
Serve 6-8 servings.
