2 egg whites
1 cup (8 oz) light cream cheese
1 1/4 cups orange juice
1 1/4 cups dried damascos

In a saucepan, combine the orange juice and damascos and let it simmer over low heat until it comes to a boil
Wait for it to cool slightly and blend in a blender
Add the cream cheese and reserve
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture
Pour into cups and refrigerate until chilled
If desired, other dried fruits such as pineapple or mango can be used.
