In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water and mix with cold passionfruit juice
Reserve 1 cup of the liquid and keep it at room temperature
Distribute the remaining gelatin into four molds and refrigerate until firm
Whip the whipped cream and gradually add the reserved mixture without stopping
Distribute over the set gelatin and refrigerate again until firm
In a pan, combine sugar and passionfruit pulp
Mix well and cook over low heat until it thickens
Let it cool and place on top of the gelatin.
