Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and use a biscuit cutter to cut out star shapes
Place the stars in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool
Beat the Gorgonzola cheese with milk and butter until smooth and creamy
Set aside. Reserve
Pipe a small dollop of the cheese mixture into the center of each star
