Season the steak with salt and lime juice
Heat a medium-sized pan with butter or margarine over high heat
Add the steak strips
Fry at high heat, stirring occasionally, until well browned and losing its pink color
Reduce heat and add heavy cream and ketchup
Stir well to warm through, but do not let it simmer
Remove from heat and serve immediately
