500 g of cornmeal
400 g of cooked and peeled Portuguese chestnuts
2 tablespoons (chops) of butter
200 g of cooked chicken breast in cubes
200 g of cooked duck in cubes
2 chopped onions
100 g of black plum without pit, chopped
Salt, pepper, and parsley to taste

Melt half the butter in a pan and sauté the onion until it starts to brown
Add the chicken, duck, and plums
Mix for 2 minutes
Add the Portuguese chestnuts and gradually add the cornmeal
Combine the remaining butter and mix until you get a fluffy cornmeal
If needed, add more butter
Season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm or at room temperature.
