1 finely chopped onion
2 cups raw cassava flour

Peel and cut the bananas into cubes
In a skillet, melt the butter and fry the cubes until they turn golden brown
Remove the banana cubes from the skillet
Drain well and reserve
In the remaining melted butter in the skillet, add the finely chopped onion
When it starts to brown, add the raw cassava flour
Mix until it starts to toast
Season with salt and combine the banana cubes
Mix well and serve with fish accompaniment.
