Salt and black pepper to taste

Slice the pork loin into thin cutlets
Heat a skillet with olive oil and cook the pork in low heat
When both sides are golden brown, add the wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and capers
Cover and simmer slowly to thicken the sauce slightly.
