Season the pork cutlets with salt to taste
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook the pork cutlets until browned on both sides
Remove from the skillet and set aside
Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet, then add the chopped onion and minced garlic
Cook until golden brown
Add the white wine and simmer, scraping the bottom of the pan
Add the pork cutlets back into the skillet along with the passion fruit pulp and water
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender
Serve for 4 people.
