Bring to a boil
Sauté the onion in oil until caramelized
In a refractory dish, arrange the onions, add the separated cod fillets, parsley, and black pepper
Top with layers of shallots, shrimp, and white sauce
Cover everything with mashed potatoes mixed with beaten egg whites
Bake until golden brown.
