1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded

Mixture
In a bowl, combine the flour, cheese, eggs, milk, butter, salt, and yeast
Work the mixture until it's easy to handle
Let it rest while you prepare the filling
Filling
Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion until softened
Add the broccoli, chicken, flour dissolved in milk, black olives, salt, and pepper
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Let it cool down
Let it rest again
Roll out the remaining dough with the help of a rolling pin, cover the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan
Reserve some dough to make strips
Add the filling, decorate with the strips, and brush with beaten egg
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 45 minutes.
