1 package of penne pasta
"1 onion, finely chopped"
1/2 cup olive oil
"2 eggplants, cut into cubes"
2 cups tomato sauce
1 teaspoon baking soda
100g cooked beef, shredded (or leftovers from any other cooked meat)
Salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste

Saute the onion in olive oil
Add the eggplant and cook for an additional 3 minutes
Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer
Combine the baking soda and meat
Let it cook for approximately 10 minutes, then season with salt, black pepper, and oregano
Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water, drain, and mix with the sauce.
