2 chicken pieces cut into small pieces
2/3 cup of olive oil
8 long strips of salted butter, cut into small pieces
4 chopped onions
2 tablespoons (or more) of dried thyme
12 sprigs of fresh parsley
1 cup of dry white wine
1 nutmeg, ground
Salt and black pepper to taste
40 garlic cloves with skin

Preheat the oven hot (400°F)
Brush chicken pieces with olive oil
Mix in salted butter, onions, and thyme
Spread at the bottom of a ceramic or glass baking dish
Place parsley on top and then the chicken
Drizzle with white wine
Season with nutmeg, salt, and black pepper
Place garlic cloves between chicken pieces
Cover with aluminum foil and then the lid
Put in the preheated oven at 400°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes
Serve hot.
