1/2 kg of fegado (can be from chicken, pork, or beef)
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 grated onion
1 tablespoon of salt
a pinch of pepper
1 cup of butter or margarine or poultry fat

Fry the fegado until it's cooked
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor
Mix very well and add the butter or margarine
(If desired, can reduce the amount to half)
