1/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of grated lime zest
500g of ground pork
3 cloves of garlic, mashed
3 oranges, peeled and cut into 8 segments
2 slices of bread, toasted
1 dash of black pepper

Mix all ingredients together, except for the orange
Shape into balls with a 3cm diameter
Alternate almonds and orange segments on skewers
Arrange skewers side by side, leaving space between them, in an open grill
Close the grill and cook for 15 minutes per side, or until browned.
