For the filling

Prepare the filling: In a large skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil over high heat, stirring occasionally, until it's translucent (about 1 minute)
Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until it's no longer pink (about 5 minutes)
Add the salt, bacon, and vegetables and cook, stirring, until the vegetables are al dente (about 4 minutes)
Add the wheat flour and stir for about 1 minute
Then add the Parmesan cheese and milk, mix well, and cook, stirring, until it's smooth (about 3 minutes)
Let it cool
Let the eggs cool
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Prepare the dough: On a clean surface, combine the wheat flour, active dry yeast, salt, and cold butter
Use a knife to cut the butter into small pieces until it resembles coarse crumbs
Make a well in the center and add the egg and water
Mix quickly with a fork, then knead lightly by hand until a ball of dough forms
Roll out 2/3 of the dough and use it to line an ungreased 20cm (8-inch) round cake pan or springform pan
Fill with the meat mixture, spreading it evenly, then top with the beaten egg. Reserve
Roll out the remaining dough and cover the filling
Press the edges together, then brush the top with the beaten egg
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown
Let it cool before serving
