To make the dough: Beat the butter with the eggs until smooth
Add the dissolved salt to the whiskey
Gradually add the wheat flour, mixing and then kneading until the dough is no longer sticky
Roll out the dough and use it to line a large tart pan
Poke all over the bottom of the dough with a fork
For the filling, mix the cream cheese with the eggs and wheat flour
Add the chopped bacon, cheese, onion, and finally the whites in snow
Place on top of the dough and bake in a moderate oven until the cream is cooked and starting to brown
When the cream is cooked and starting to brown, decorate all around with tomato slices and let it cook completely.
