Butter (for greasing)
8 slices of turkey breast without skin (160 g)
1 cup of milk (240 ml)
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon of salt
4 eggs
200g of prosciutto, cut into thin slices
150g of cheddar cheese, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (55 g)
2 medium tomatoes (240g), cut into slices
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Grease a 21cm square baking dish with butter
Arrange four slices of turkey breast side by side in the baking dish and set aside
In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, nutmeg, salt, and eggs
Brush the turkey breast slices in the baking dish with some of that mixture until they're well coated
Top with slices of prosciutto, then cheddar cheese, and finally the remaining turkey breast
Pour in the rest of the milk and egg mixture
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Cook in the microwave on high for about 10 minutes or until the sandwich is firm
Let it stand
In a small bowl, season the tomato slices with salt
Arrange over the sandwich and serve immediately
