Cook the beans
Melt the butter, add the onion and fry until golden brown
Add the tomato puree, tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper
Simmer slowly for about 30 minutes and serve with cooked beans
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, if desired.
