1 cup of Cordoba Beans

In a pressure cooker, cook the Cordoba Beans for 20 minutes after the pressure comes on
Release the pressure, transfer the beans to a bowl and reserve
In the same pressure cooker, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and brown the Abobora
Add the vegetable broth and cook in the pressure cooker for five minutes after it comes on
Release the pressure and add the reserved Cordoba Beans, bay leaf, Linguiça, salt, and let it simmer without pressure for 10 minutes
Dust with parsley and serve.
