Choose the black beans, removing any impurities, and wash them
Place them in a pressure cooker with water
Cover the pot and bring it to a boil over high heat until it starts to simmer
Reduce the heat and let it cook for 35 minutes, counting from when it reaches pressure
Remove it from the heat and let the pressure release before opening the lid
If the liquid is not thick enough, blend some of the black beans with liquid in a blender
Return it to the heat, without covering the pot
Meanwhile, in a frying pan, combine all the ingredients for the seasoning and bring it to a boil until the garlic and bacon are golden brown
Pour this mixture into the pressure cooker with the black beans, check the salt and let it simmer over low heat for an additional 10 minutes
