Rinse and clean the shrimp
Place shells in a pot with water and bring to a boil
Let it simmer, partially covered, for 10 minutes
Strain the broth and reserve it
Season the shrimp with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent
Add tomato and cilantro and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add beans and reserved broth and simmer until beans are tender
If necessary, add more water
Add shrimp and simmer for an additional 4 minutes
Check seasoning and serve
