1 1/2 pounds of white chicken breast, cut into pieces
2 cups of milk
1 whole chicken, approximately 1 1/2 kg, cut into pieces
1 cup of olive oil
1 tomato, peeled and cut into four parts
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of chicken broth (use cubes)
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Remove the rind from the chicken breast and cut it into cubes
Soak the chicken in milk
Dredge the chicken pieces in olive oil
Remove the chicken from the marinade and reserve
Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, tomato, soaked chicken, and milk to the olive oil in a pan
Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper and bring the mixture to a boil
Join the chicken cubes and let it simmer slowly for 1 hour
Serve hot
Sprinkle each plate with grated Parmesan cheese
