Cook the beans without breaking the grain
Drain well with a strainer
In a pan, put two tablespoons of oil and lightly fry the bacon
Add the seasoning and onion, stirring constantly. Reserve

In the remaining oil, fry the eggs, stirring quickly
Join them to the beans and green and herb
Finally, add the cassava flour, bacon, and mix
