1 kg of beef, cut into 1/2 cm thick slices
8 slices of bacon
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 large onion

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat
Remove the bacon and let it drain on paper towels
Remove all excess fat, leaving only 1 tablespoon in the pan
Add the butter or margarine and melt it
Add the onion and cook until it's soft
Remove the onion
Add the beef slices to the pan and cook for 6 minutes, flipping once
Serve immediately with the onion and bacon, and 1 tablespoon of onion butter (see below)
Serves 4-6 people.
