4 filets of counterfeit filet mignon, each 1/2 kg

Pound each filet and season with salt and pepper
Assemble each filet in the following manner: cover with some bacon slices, some prosciutto slices, sliced peppers, plum quarters without pits, and roll tightly
Secure with twine
Brown the rolls in fat or hot oil well
When well browned, add orange juice and reduce heat
Cook until tender, adding more juice as needed
