500 g of beef cut into 1 cm thick slices
1/4 cup of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
500 g of tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1 tablespoon of garlic
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 clove of crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

Cut the fidge into small pieces and coat in wheat flour
Heat oil in a skillet and fry the fidge until browned
Season with salt and pepper
Remove the fidge and reserve
In the same skillet, cook the onion until soft
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, the remaining ingredients, and stir well
Add the fidge and cook uncovered for 15 minutes
Serve over rice
