1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of lime juice
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 tablespoon of ground coriander
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
30 large shrimp, cleaned
20 cherry tomatoes
10 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 1 hour and drained

10 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 1 hour and drained
Combine all the ingredients except the shrimp and tomato in a bowl
Add the shrimp and mix until they're coated with the marinade
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours
Reserve the marinade and remove the shrimp
Thread the skewers, placing 3 shrimp and 2 tomatoes on each one
Grill until the shrimp are pink, basting constantly with the marinade
Serve hot
