Set the oven to medium temperature
Line a baking dish with aluminum foil enough to cover the fish completely

Place the fillet and season with salt
Brush with lemon juice and arrange onion and tomato slices, alternating them
Top with capers

Close the aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
Serve with white rice
