1 kg of green figs
1 cup of water
1 cup of white wine
15 envelopes of gelatin
6 sprigs of mint

Wash each fig gently, as the skin is delicate
Use a toothpick to pierce each fig twice
Bring the wine with water and mint to a boil
When boiling, add the figs and reduce heat (make sure the figs don't break apart)
Remove from heat, combine gelatin, and serve at room temperature.
