4 beef fillet slices (500g)

Season the beef slices with salt and pepper to taste
Heat the olive or vegetable oil in a pan
Add the bell peppers and garlic
Cook for 1 minute until the garlic is lightly browned
Add the water and cook until boiling
Let it simmer for 5 minutes
Remove from heat, blend in a blender and then strain through a sieve
Add the yogurt and mix well
Add the flour and whisk constantly over low heat to create a cream
Remove from heat and serve with the beef fillet fried in butter
Serve 4 portions.
