Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the meat, season with salt, pepper, and Madeira wine
Let it cook for about half an hour
Soak the plums in the sauce in the refrigerator for several hours
Remove the pits and fill them with fudge potatoes
Let them bake in the oven for about five minutes
Place the meat on a tray, drizzle the sauce over it, and arrange the plums around it.
